Well, tomorrow is the day....everything is ready! I still can't believe it, that little place is just as proud as can be, the building just feels different now. She has new paint, new floors, new walls and 98% new equipment. You know, I have been nervous all day but just in the last few minutes I am calm guess I am just ready to get started and see what happens. I wonder who will be our first customer, I wonder what they will order...but we will find out in about 10 short hours!
Tomorrow, think of us, and say a prayer..we sure are going to need it!

ReplyDeleteThere were many times I thought "Oh, I don't know about this, I think it's too much." But, every day, The Dairy Freeze got some of her spirit back. Now, she is restored and I am proud of the job we did and I think I would do it again. Tonight when we walked out, I felt like we did the right thing. We took a chance that most people can only dream of doing. If we succeed, that's what I have prayed for, if we fail, we are young enough to recover. Atleast we will know we gave it our best shot.
